Questions about Signing Up

  • Confirm my account?
    To resend your confirmation email, please click http://www.shopittome.com/profile/resend_confirmation. Also, be sure to add to your safe list or address book. After clicking on the confirmation link, you should receive your first Salemail within minutes! If for some reason you still don't get a confirmation email within 10 minutes, please email with the subject "Confirm My Account".
  • Unsubscribe?
    To unsubscribe, log in to your account and click "Unsubscribe" or click unsubscribe from the bottom of any email. If you want to temporarily stop receiving Salemail, click "Take A Break".
  • Take a temporary break from Salemail?
    You can choose when to stop receiving Salemail and when to resume. Just log in to your account and click "Take a Break".
  • Join Shop It To Me UK?
    We're excited you want to try Shop It To Me UK!

    If you'd like to keep your current Shop It To Me subscription as well, you can sign up at www.ShopItToMe.co.uk and create a profile using a different email address.

  • Can I use Shop It To Me outside the US?
    Yes! First, decide if you'd like to receive the US or UK version of Salemail. Then, update your settings so your Salemail only includes items that ship to your country.

    To see see items in GBP and UK sizes:
    Switch to the Shop It To Me UK service. You'll primarily see retailers located in the UK, with items in UK sizes and prices in GBP. To switch to the UK service, contact .

    To see items in US dollars and US sizes:
    Continue to use the Shop It To Me US service, as you are now.

    Then, follow these steps so your Salemail only includes items from retailers that ship to your country:
    • Log in to your Shop It To Me account.
    • Then click "Contact Information" and specify your country.
    • Check the box "Only show retailers which ship to this country" and hit Save.
  • Reset My Password?
    If you are having problems logging in, reset your password by going to http://www.shopittome.com/profile and clicking "forgot my password."
  • Change my Salemail email address?
    To change your email address, log in to your account and click "Contact Information". Change your address and hit "Save".
  • Change how often I receive Salemail?
    To change Salemail frequency, log in to your account, click "Email Frequency" and change your preference under "When would you like to receive emails?" Then click "Save".
  • Shop on this site?
    After you register and select your favorite brands and sizes, the sales come to you in an email. Make sure to add to your address book so you won't miss the updates. You can also view all your sale items by visiting Shop It To Me Search.

My Preferences

  • Change my preferences (brands, clothing types, size)?
    To update preferences, log in to your account. Edit BOTH "Brands" and "Sizes" for the appropriate department and then click "Save". Your next Salemail will contain your new preferences!
  • Filter by price?
    To set a maximum price or minimum % off, log in to your account and click "Price Preferences". When you're done, click "Save".
  • Add my favorite brand if I don't see it?
    Log in to your account and click "Brands". Click "All Brands" so you're not just viewing the featured brands. If your brand is still not listed, we'll do our best to add it. (And we love suggestions!) Just email -- we'll even let you know if/when it becomes available!
  • Add my favorite retailer if I don't see it?
    In order to maintain the highest level of quality, Shop It To Me has limited our searches to a small group of top-quality retailers. However, we are always open to suggestions. If you would like us to add a particular retailer, please send us .

My Salemail

  • I can't see the images in my Salemail!
    What do you use to read emails?

    If you are still having trouble viewing images, contact , and be sure to include which email program and operating system you are using. You can also use Shop It To Me Search at any time to view your Salemails on the web.

  • My Salemail is clipped in Gmail. Clicking "View entire message" doesn't display images!
    When you get your next Salemail, click the link at the top of the email that says "always display images from salemail@shopittome.com". Do this before you click "View entire message", or else you will not see images. After doing this once, you should be able to see images in all of your future Salemail. You can also use Shop It To Me Search at any time to view your Salemails on the web.
  • I clicked on an item in my Salemail, but it's unavailable!
    Items can often go out of stock within 24 hours (or sometimes even less!) Unfortunately, unavailable items are one of the side effects of offering such great deals. We hope you understand and keep clicking early and often! Items should be in stock the moment you receive the email. If you find an item was out of stock as soon as you received the email, please notify !
  • The price in my Salemail doesn't match the price on the retailer site!
    Generally your emails will reflect the lowest price. Check to see if there is a discount code right under the retailer name that you must apply check-out. If not, occasionally the retailer increases the price after we check the sites each morning -- which is extremely frustrating to us too! Hopefully you will not experience this again, but if you do -- please , as we do monitor these discrepancies and do everything possible to make the prices you see the most up-to-date and accurate.
  • I haven't been receiving my Salemail!
    What do you use to read emails?

  • I accidentally deleted a Salemail. How can I see an old one?
    To view your most recent Salemail you can visit Shop It To Me Search. Click the "Last Salemail" button to view items from your most recent Salemail that are still in stock! To recover older Salemails try checking your trash/deleted items folder if you haven't already.

  • How is Shop It To Me Search different from my Salemail?

    Shop It To Me Search allows you to see any sale items that meet your preferences all in one convenient website location -- kind of like your personal sale center! You can search for items by brand, retailer or product name. Or, you can quickly filter your items by price, brand, clothing type or retailer. Shop It To Me Search makes it is easy for you to browse or find a specific product!

  • How do I access Shop It To Me Search?

    Click the Shop It To Me Search link at the bottom of any Salemail, log in to your account, or visit www.shopittome.com/search.

  • If I update my profile when using in Shop It To Me Search, will that change my profile for my Salemail?

    The preferences you set on your profile apply to your Salemail and to Shop It To Me Search. The items you see in Salemail and in Search match the preferences from your profile. The filters on the Shop It To Me Search page change only what is displayed on the page, not your profile settings.

  • Under "Featured Filters," what's the difference between "Last Salemail" and "All My Sales"?

    Both options take your personal preferences into account: your selected brands and sizes. The "Last Salemail" option displays your items exactly as you saw them in your most recent Salemail. The "All My Sales" option contains any items that meet your preferences, including items you've seen in past Salemails, not just the most recent markdowns.

  • What else can I do with Shop It To Me Search?

    Search within your items. Find what you want––faster––when you search for items by brand, retailer or product name.

    Filter your items. Quickly filter your items by price, brand, clothing type or retailer. The filters make it easy for you to browse, or find a specific product.

    View all sale items in one place. Using the All My Sales option, you can view all items that meet your preferences, not just the ones in your last Salemail.

    Update your preferences and see your new items instantly. Update your size and brand preferences. Your new items will immediately apppear on the Sale Items page -- without having to wait for your next Salemail!

    Access it from anywhere. Your Salemail arrives in email form, but Shop It To Me Search is a website, so you can access it anywhere, anytime!

Telling Friends

  • Tell friends about Shop It To Me?

    We're thrilled you want to tell your friends about Shop It To Me! To do this log in to your account and either click "Invite Friends" at the top of the page or "Tell More Friends" at the bottom.

  • Get my gift card or check the status of the friends I've invited?
    You can check which friends have signed up at any time. To do this, log in to your account and click "View Invite Status". Once you've had enough friends sign up (all with legitimate, unique accounts that follow the promotion guidelines), we will send you an email with instructions on how to receive your gift card. Let us know if you don't receive it within 72 hours of reaching the required number of sign ups.
  • Ensure I get gift card credit for the friends I have referred?

    You can view the status of all the friends you have referred to by logging in to your account and clicking "View Invite Status". For you to get credit, your friends must sign up using the link in your referral email. (It's the only way we can track referrals!) Your friends must also confirm their email.

  • Change the gift card I selected during sign up?

    When the required # of your friends register and you earn a gift card, you'll receive a notification email from us. At that time, you'll be able to select a different gift card if you wish.
